Step 3: The Proof Receive your artwork proof to approve in 3 days or less. Request unlimited revisions until you're 100% happy. Once you're ready, we'll push your order into production, quality check and shipping.

USA: Free shipping on all orders over $100 within the USA, $10 flat rate shipping otherwise.
CA & AUS: $15 flatrate shipping to Canada and Australia.
Receive your free artwork preview in 1-3 days. Orders arrive within 5-7 days after you approve your artwork. Review all shipping and production times in our Shipping Guide.
Upload your photo, choose your artwork style and we’ll take care of the rest from there. You will receive your artwork to review in 3 days or less after placing your order and may request unlimited revisions until your artwork is to your liking.
You don’t have to be a professional photographer. All we need is a photo that is clear and has good light. We also accept photos from Zillow, StreetEasy, Trulia, Google Earth, and more. If we notice an issue with your photo, we’ll contact you to send a new one.
Yes! We are happy to help with changes to your portrait order as long as you reach out to support@haroldhome.co within 30 minutes of your order being placed.
After 30 minutes most changes, including address updates, can no longer be made. Please note, in some cases, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.
If you’re not sure that you like your original style choice after receiving the proof, we are happy to illustrate a new style for you. Since each portrait is digitally illustrated by artists from scratch, we do charge a $20 fee for each additional style. You can then choose which one you like best for your final physical portrait.

I ordered as a gift for my daughter in her new home. I am so happy with the results! I had included a photo that I had taken as well as a photo from Zillow. I included requests to add some of the landscaping she had added—that was visible in my my photo, and also to remove a tree that partially obscured the front door in the Zillow photo & use the front door from my photo. They got every detail perfect!! My daughter loved the gift!! And the font used for the address is beautiful!! I will definitely use this site again!!

Everything was great from the ordering process to the fast delivery…. The portrait looks good…. If I had one suggestion I would have liked a lighter look….but it still looks great!
It took longer than I was hoping, but I didn't want to order too far ahead of closing in case it fell apart. Then I changed the frame color to match the add-on (so glad I did!) from white so that was a delay - but so worth it! I'm excited to gift this to this very special family who experienced significant tragedy that prompted their move. It's just perfect for them.
