I ordered this print as an anniversary present for my husband so that we could forever remember our first home together and he LOVED it! The process was super easy and fast. I asked for a few changes after the first draft and Harold Home did an excellent job implementing them so that we only needed one more draft before the print was finalized. We recently moved my mother out of her home of 40 years to an Assisted Living Facility closer to her us. It's been an emotional journey with tons of change in a short period of time. We engaged Harold Home to replicate my mother's house and gave the drawing to her as a Christmas gift. They did a tremendous job capturing every detail we asked through the original drawing and revisions. The picture brought my mom to tears...literally. It was the best Christmas gift we could have ever gotten her and she has it prominently placed in her room so she can remember her Forever Home. My experience with Harold and Home was just ok. The house portrait came out beautiful but the revision process was much longer than I anticipated. I ordered on Black Friday so I knew it would take some time to get a proof back but I ended up having to do a lot of back and forth to get my edits made. A few times the edits I requested weren’t made correctly so it increased the number of revisions.

This was a Christmas gift for my son. I was uncertain it would arrive for Christmas, but it did. I approved the proof early in the morning and did not notice the address for this house was not at the bottom. The print arrived without the address. My son pointed out the landscaping were not exact but seemed pleased with his gift. Just pay attention to details!

Harold Home did not disappoint. Not only was the picture amazing, but they were able to put a scripture at the bottom. I have gotten another one for a friend. I plan for this to be my go-to gift for family and friends in the future.

Love this! Customization process can be a bit tricky. I would suggest only offering one edit at a time. I semi-regret choosing the white gram with the white matter because it looks a little old in comparison. Overall, I love the design!

Awful. Long drawn out experience. Image was slapped together. So many errors. Took multiple revisions to get it looking somewhat decent ….not happy. 8x10 isn’t really 8x10. It’s 5x7. Tiny. Includes white border. Not happy at all. Frame is cheap. Cool concept but bad execution and final product. Do not recommend at all.
